Refund Policy

As "The Macaron Method" is a digital product delivered electronically and accessible/downloadable immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the Product has been downloaded, except as set out below or as required by law.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA, the right to cancel certain distance-sale transactions within a cooling-off period does not typically apply to digital content once access or download has commenced with your consent, as the transaction is complete upon delivery.

If you experience a genuine technical fault preventing you from accessing or downloading the Product (e.g. a corrupted file), please contact us within 7 Days of purchase at contact@zizismacarons.co.za, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or a refund.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment), please contact us with proof of payment and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charges.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal results achieved from following the Product, or failure to read the Product description prior to purchase.
